Day 1: Arrival Entebbe

You’ll be met at the airport and transferred to your serene guesthouse in Entebbe. Your guide will be accessible to help with any exercises, for example, shopping or banking. Your guide will visit you at night and acquaint you with your kindred safari-goers and give you an overview of the adventure ahead.

Day 2:The Journey Begins-Pian Upe Reserve

After breakfast, we will travel East along the tourist detour near Lake Victoria. We’ll stop briefly at the source of the waterway Nile in Jinja and afterwards move by means of the lower regions of Mount Elgon and onto Pian Upe game reserve. On the off chance that the going is great, we will land in time for a short night game drive at this beautiful reserve, wanting to discover eland, ostrich, hyena and perhaps cheetah.

Day 3: Karamajong Homestay

Another opportunity to see some wildlife toward the beginning of the prior day travelling north along the edge overlooking the fields of southern Karamoja. After lunch in the capital of the region, Moroto you will head into the surrounding open country and be brought into the culture of the Karamojong. You will take an interest in day by day life exercises from getting ready local nourishments, looking after cows to festivities. This will be an exceptional voyage, coming full circle in a night remain in a manyatta (a fenced town).

Day 4: Adventure through Karamoja

Wake up to the sights, sounds and scents of peaceful life and after breakfast, we will proceed with our adventure north through the rough Karamoja view towards Kidepo Valley NP. We will possess energy for a game drive as we enter the park before setting up camp at one of the campsites.

Day 5: Game Drive

Wake up in the middle of the activity and watch the dawn over the Morongole mountains. Then we start our day of game review with a visit into the Narus valley looking for lion, elephant, giraffe, eland, zebra, and panther and to wonder about seeing the colossal crowd of buffalo brushing in the wetland. After lunch at the camp, you’ll have some an opportunity to enjoy the perspectives before a night game drive towards the occasional Kidepo River looking for cheetah and ostrich. We’ll take a virus drink among the Barassas palms at the Kidepo sand River, from which the area takes its name before coming back to camp for supper.

Day 6: Park to Park

After an early breakfast, we’ll break camp and have one final opportunity to enjoy the excellence of Kidepo and perhaps get a sight of any creatures we missed. From the park doors, it is a two-hour drive through the tough scene (and streets!) of northern Uganda to Kitgum and afterwards a further hour to Gulu where we will stop for lunch. From Gulu, we’ll head south on great streets toward the northern entryways of Murchison Falls NP. We’ll have the opportunity to take a moderate drive in the late evening through the park before setting up camp in the delta area of the park.

Day 7: Game Drives and the forceful falls

Sunrise beginning with crisp coffee and foods grown from the ground into your game drive looking for lion, panther, elephant, giraffe, buffalo, hyena, hartebeest and the sky is the limit from there. We will go through around 4 hours driving around the moving savannah, riverine forest and marshland of the northern segment of Murchison Falls NP before coming back to camp for an early lunch. After lunch, we’ll take the booked cruise to Murchison Falls and afterwards walk to the top of the falls where your driver will be hanging tight for you to take you to your close by the camp for the evening.

Day 8: Rhino trek

After breakfast, we’ll break camp and head to Ziwa rhino sanctuary by means of the special night game drive. (discretionary additional chimpanzee tracking). In the late evening, as the warmth of the day starts to scatter, you will go for your rhino trek. You’ll go through around 2 hours walking to and viewing the rhinos. Albeit monitored day in and day out, the rhinos live as wild and this is a one of a kind opportunity to invest some energy with these giants while supporting their reintroduction to the wild in Uganda.
